To Whom It May Concern:

Letter of Reference for Rudor M. (“Dori”) Teich

I have known Dori Teich since 1984, nearly 20 years.

First and most importantly, Dori is a man of integrity and tenacity.  He and I were the principal founders in 1986 of INNCOM, a company specifically dedicated to providing advanced guestroom control solutions to the global lodging market.

In retrospect and as many described INNCOM, we were “ahead of our time,” and the company struggled for more than 10 years.  Despite that difficult period, and it was indeed difficult, Dori persevered, and INNCOM is now a profitable, growing concern.  He remains a major shareholder.

Beyond tenacity, INNCOM’s success was due in large measure to Dori’s extraordinary ability to address challenges from both technical and high level business perspectives.  He analyzed requirements and then created and executed nothing-less-than brilliant solutions.  At the same time, his contributions to both the day-to-day operations of the company and to participating in the formulation of strategic direction as a member of the Board of Directors were immeasurable.

Finally, Dori’s commitment to the shareholders and employees of INNCOM should be noted.  Despite the many opportunities to “bail out” during difficult periods, he never lost his concern for INNCOM’s employees nor his sense of responsibility to the stockholders of the company.  These attributes transcend his technical and general business prowess.

Dori is a friend and former business partner who commands my respect and that of all with whom he has worked.

Very sincerely,
