Compensation

RMT Associates will work closely with you to make the project a success. We will consider any one or combination of the following methods of compensation:

Time and Materials. This is a basic consultant compensation method. RMTA bills your company for time and out-of-pocket expenses on a monthly basis. The hourly rate depends on the seniority of the resource and the size of the project.

Deferred Compensation. RMTA may
accept a future royalty/commission stream in lieu of part or all of billing for its services. The Company may also
accept equity instruments in certain cases.
